This early-access site is operated by Lemieux Strategic Solutions. It is designed for parents and guardians researching independent Catholic high-school entrance preparation.

Information we collect

The launch-access form collects a parent or guardian email address, adult confirmation, offer selection, and basic campaign-source fields. Netlify processes and stores the form submission for us. The game stores answers, XP, stars, level, and mistake history in the browser’s local storage. To choose a round, the server temporarily processes the chosen world, level, and requested mistake-question IDs; it does not save a student profile or answer history.

We also keep limited first-party product event receipts, such as a page view, round start or completion, purchase-intent action, and checkout step. These records contain the event time, general campaign labels, and learning world when relevant. They do not contain names, email addresses, answer choices, scores, recovery codes, or a cross-site advertising identifier. We use no analytics cookie.

Family passes and payments

When checkout is open, Stripe handles the adult purchaser’s email and payment details. We do not receive card numbers. Netlify stores a hash of your private recovery code, the pass creation time, and the linked Stripe checkout identifier. A secure, HTTP-only cookie remembers your pass on this device. We check payment status when granting paid access. Hosting providers also process ordinary request and security logs. Sandbox screens use test payments and do not create a real purchase.

How we use it

We use parent emails to provide requested pilot and launch updates. We do not sell personal information, use behavioral advertising, or ask students to provide an email address.

Children

The signup form is for adults. The current preview does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents should supervise use of the student preview and should not enter a child’s personal information.

Retention and choices

You may unsubscribe from launch email at any time. To request access or deletion, email todd@lemieuxstrategicsolutions.com. Local game data can be deleted by clearing site data for this website in the browser. “Forget pass on this device” removes the access cookie, not the purchase record. Save your recovery code before clearing data; restoring access does not restore local learning progress. Contact us about deleting purchase-linked records; payment records may need to be retained for accounting and dispute handling.
